"A very good stay overall. The room was large, had a great view and was very comfortable. I didn't get a chance to use the pool but the gym is very good, has a decent number of equipment pieces and dumbbells up to 30 Kg, and, being on the 38th floor, amazing views. The breakfast buffet was consistent day to day but very comprehensive and solid quality. Access is also handy, with two metro lines and the RER close by, and a bus route to CDG."

"I would not stay there again or recommend here is why..
Pros
Great staff, delicious food from restaurant and swimming club is enjoyable
Cons
Shuttle do not run from 11.30 until 5.30 pm, if you don’t have an appointment from previous day you have to wait 2+ hours or take uber $15 euros to airport and they have other vans on their parking lot but only 1 running.
Poor breakfast no fresh coffee or juice, they offer coffee and juice machines.
No shampoo or conditioner available or at their mini...

"The bed is comfortable and the towels are thick and plush.
But rudeness at the check in desk is not a great way to greet guests. Also, the hotel blocks all ability to stream or cast to the TVs. They have zero to one English language channels despite a large portion of their guests being English speakers.
Our bed linens had two large tears in the top corners, which would not be expected of a luxury hotel."

"The location was fabulous if you are taking a flight to or from CDG.
The information in the airport on how to get to the hotel was not helpful. As a matter of fact, I was sent to the wrong place by airport staff to wait for a bus that was not coming. It turns out the airport train gets you right near the hotel in no time. You do have to schlep your bags a bit from the train to the hotel.
Hotel staff pointed me to the RER train right near the hotel - which went straight into downtown Paris so...

"This hotel is incredibly convenient which is the main reason we have repeatedly stayed here. We noticed this year that the property is beginning to look a little used and could use some attention to the condition of the rooms and bathrooms."
