"Der Anreisetag ist aus meiner Sicht der wichtigste Tag bei einem Wellnessaufenthalt und bestimmt letztendlich den Eindruck des Gesamtaufenthalts. Dieser Tag war bei mir sehr schlecht. Über den Aufenthalt wurde der Eindruck aber besser. Wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil! Da ist mir bei der Buchung ein Fehler unterlaufen. Dieses Falkensteiner hat trotz 4s Sterne KEINE Klimaanlage. "I found the hotel even better then I expected. The woman at the reception was very helpful and friendly! A real compliment for her and I found her also very professional. The thing of her was that offcourse it is a hotel but gave a feeling like I were coming there for years already. The food in the restaurant and the breakfast was as well very good so no ant complain from me. What I also found nice was that they had a good place for my bike. "
