"Very poor experience, staffs are not helpful at the desk for all future customers this not a hotel but “ B&B” there are no staff but rude front desk workers with attitude housekeeping is poor safes do not work, coffee & tea are not replenished. "The staff at the Mercury Hotel were very friendly and helpful, and that was definitely the highlight of our stay. One positive aspect was the location. It was close to a shopping centre, so everything you need is nearby. The connection to Paris was also convenient, with Uber costing around €20 one way. However, overall the hotel felt quite outdated. In our room there were signs of wallpaper falling off, and we also experienced a leaking pipe in the bathroom, which we reported to the staff. The swimming pool water was very warm, which was nice, but the breakfast was quite basic and not what I expected. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff did not speak English, which made communication difficult. Out of all the Mercury hotels I have stayed in, this was definitely the poorest experience overall."

"I feel like we were "catfished" by the online photos. The lobby of the hotel was clean and looked nice. But as soon as we stepped off the elevator, all that changed. The plumbing was terrible. Toilet wouldn't flush properly. The beds and room were old and not maintained or updated in a long time. It just felt gross. We walked our bags a block away and stayed at a different hotel. "
