"Staff and food good but Room 102 to be avoided at all cost, all the extraction and AC fans and machinery for the kitchen and bar are on the flat roof directly outside the one opening window and with the room ac control showing a fault code the room was both too hot and too noisy."

We had a minor issue with our room that we was quickly resolved and a manager followed up with us to discuss it and ensure that everything was satisfactory.
