"None of the listed amenities actually exist. No pool. No spa. Horrible location way out on the edge of town.
On the positive side, the girl at the front desk was very helpful. She helped me get a train ticket out of Lao Cai. I was going to stay three nights but left after one. Also the bed was nice and comfortable after a few weeks of hard traveling.
Oh, and there was supposed to be a free breakfast but there was no cook so it consisted of a cup of really bad cold coffee.

"Stayed in a junior suite. It was big but smelled musty and were cigarette burns in the carpet. The staff were awesome, the breakfast was not good food.
But the price was cheap so I guess there’s that."

"日本語を話せる女性が一人います。みんなとても親切です。大きなホテルで７０人くらいの結婚式をしていました。清潔です。熱いお湯も出るし、水圧も申し分ないです。ハノイ、空港などへ行くバスをホテルまで呼んでくれます。朝食はビュッフェで、中華、洋食、いろんな種類のものを食べられます。道の向かいにドンキホーテのようなスーパーがあります。駅、国境、祠、歩いて行けます。Thank You!!
