There's someone to open the front door, complimentary drinks refreshments are provided while you wait, and a small moist towel was offered to clean yourself up. Upon my arrival and final day, the helpers came out to assist with me and my friend’s luggage out/in the taxi. They were also sincere and accommodative when it came through questions...

We surprised of this hotel decoration, setup - super new and comfortable: huge bed, nice view with balcony, big bathroom with bathtub too. Cozy restaurant served buffet breakfast also unique food of Hanoi like Pho and banh mi. Unforgettable are amazing staffs there too, they offering exactly you think and needs. Definitely we will be back here. "
