"A lovely hotel, centrally located in Harrogate . Bar and restaurant areas beautiful and really well done. Noticed a little room for children with toys and games which I thought was a nice touch. Breakfast was nice. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The only negatives were:- - The bathroom which needs some attention. - TV HDMI almost impossible to access. Please attach an extension socket. We would cheerfully stay again."

"Loved city centre location and the building is a beautiful landmark. Had a fabulous stay would return again, slept well very quiet during night giving the location , clean room lovely view over city. Breakfast unfortunately I did not have as was visiting family on very short break , nxt time will have & Parking was safe & easy on the doorstep , late arrival & was assisted with luggage straight to my door , excellent service from staff all pleasant & chatty."

"If you need a room with a shower make sure you phone before going. I asked for one as i'm disabled and they gave me one with a bath and said they only have 2 rooms with a shower. Which is stupid. But apart from that, lovely hotel. "

"Very nice stay at this hotel. Clean room quite spacious with lovely and friendly staff. Very nice buffet breakfast."

"The Skipton needs updating. The shower curtain rail was held together with duct tape and falling off the wall. The bath traps would not turn off without serious effort. "
