"We were told one hour before our check in that hotel does not exist. They told they have already informed hotels. Com. They have taken our money not refunded. They are fraud. I want my money. They have taken from last October and I have receipt. "

"スヴェティツホヴェリ大聖堂の脇のお土産屋さんの裏にある小ぢんまりとしたアットホームな雰囲気の宿。
お部屋は可愛いい飾りものでいっぱいです。
ベットルーム、リビングとキッチンがあり、結構広いです。
WiFiも完備されており快適でしたが、地域の電力事情が良くないようで、何回か停電がありました。"

"1：ドアーのカギが破損していて電子キーが作動しませんでした。点検整備なし。
2：変更された部屋の電球の1個発光していません。点検整備なし。
3：遮光カーテンが2枚必要な窓の幅に1枚しかないので追加要望しましたら、すぐ持ってくるとのことでした。しかしながら時間が30分してもないので、催促しましたら、別人が来まして、このホテルは、どこ部屋でも1枚しか使用していない。しかも、ジョージアでは、どこのホテルでも、日よけカーテンと遮光カーテンは1つの窓に1枚ずつと決まっていると言い、私の要望には対応出来ないとの回答でした。カーテンレールには、空いたカーテン吊下げ器具7～8個ありました。宿泊者をその場かぎりの客あつかいでした。
