"Room was clean and modern, rest of the hotel felt a bit dated and tired with dark halls and scuffed carpeting. Booked in part due to onsite secure parking, which upon arrival was told was unavailable due to roadworks started two weeks earlier. If notified I could have booked elsewhere, instead was told I’d have to park in the shopping centre carpark down the road.
