"Great hotel, my room was small, but the hotel is in the center of town and that worked for me. The waiting staff were great and helpful and stopped for chats as I was travelling/eating on my own."

"Atmospheric & characterful Spotlessly clean everywhere Well equipped suite & bathroom Welcoming staff; nothing too much trouble Excellent breakfast"

"Lovely place to stay, grounds lovely and room clean. Restaurant very busy so would advise to book early if you want an evening meal. Food was excellent."

"A nice place to stay with family. Kids loved the place."

"A good location with good views over Barry. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The property was "tired" and with a good budget, has the potential to be a lovely venue. A good value for money, basic accommodation, if your expectations are not too high."

"Great stay for 1 night when heading south."

"Property was in a beautiful location. It was spotlessly clean. Food was excellent as were the staff. Beautiful place for a nice relaxing weekend."

"Great value for money-would stay again anytime"

"Amazing place, people accommodation and food, and let’s not forget the farm shop! I won’t go in to detail just go stay there and see for yourself. Truly wonderful and will be back one day. Thanks Ian 👍"

"We have stayed at this lovely inn previously and it never disappoints. The Landlord and staff are friendly, welcoming and efficient, the rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need and dinner and breakfast were both delicious. We will definitely be back!"

"Our stay at the Lorna Doone B&B could not have been better! We loved everything about our experience in this beautiful house with fantastically friendly hosts. Great room, a delicious breakfast and wonderful people who made us feel like royalty and family at the same time. Certainly one of the best places that we have ever had the luck to experience."

"The location was charming and convenient with safe free parking. The owners/ managers were very nice and catered to our every need."

"This was our second time of staying here and again was not disappointed it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The only issue was the mattress we feel a new one would be beneficial due to wear"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. Breakfast was very good. I was disappointed as it was expensive and the little extras were missing, such as shower/bath gel on the wall were too high for use in the bath."

"Great hotel and brilliant staff."

"Lovely hosts, really excellent breakfasts, good facilities, clean and comfortable room. A real 10/10 sort of place."

"This is our 4th visit. Great hotel to access Exmoor and surrounding towns. Relaxing location with some life around it. You could arrive for 2 nights and also not go anywhere."
