"Location was good for me as I was only there for three nights and wanted to be close to the airport for an early flight when I left. They offer an excellent shuttle to and from the airport at no extra cost. They offer a free shuttle to a mall and a beach all through the daytime. "I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system.
Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there!

"Clean and spacious room. Pool is not vacuumed each day and gets dirty!
Staff is really good and attentive
The only down side is about the service at breakfast. Because there were no clients, they brought a lot of food and filled our small table instead of displaying it on the counter. This was a bit annoying.
They cook eggs to order. It was good."

"Clean room. Helpful staff. Very relaxed and calm environment. Hotel didn't feel crowded even though full. Hotel staff put considerable effort to run Christmas events - which were excellent. Visited in December when Mauritius can be hot, hotel is located on east of island with a cool breeze. "
