"We had trouble finding the parking garage! One phone call and Jennifer got us there step by step. Very helpful to say the least. We were given a warm greeting upon arrival. The staff were all friendly and pleasant to talk with. Our room was very clean and inviting. There were beautiful candles lit in the bedroom and bathroom. A table was set up with fresh fruit and a pitcher of water. Elegant napkins and tableware were provided. Our two day stay was really wonderful."

"This hotel is a wonderful oasis in the middle of Matera. Beautiful views of the countryside. Amazing staff from Reception to the Bar Staff. Katherine (sorry about the spelling) but she was on breakfast and the bar as well was simply amazing. "L'hotel è ospitato in un edificio antico in centro, ottimamente ristrutturato.Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è ricca. Nella mia stanza risultava difficile regolare il riscaldamento. Non c'è un vero parcheggio auto incluso, solo tre o quattro auto trovano posto nei vicoli nelle immediate vicinanze, ed in tal caso vengono provviste di autorizzazione ad entrare nella zona pedonale e sostare. Comunque ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo."
