"Silverfish in the bathroom, it wasn't the cleanest - shabby carpeting and dirt marks around one of the wall paintings. While it was nice to have a large room and balcony, with no kitchen utensils (you have to ask front desk for them) and "green" housekeeping (i.e. they don't want to pay for housekeepers or for new toilet rolls/soap refills) I don't think it justifies the price. "The hotel is a little tired. We stayed in a small apartment which wasn't really clear it wasn't on the hotel property. Also no ac and it was pretty hot the days we were there. There are a few places to eat and drink, rather there could have been. Only one place was open limited hours during our stay. It was reasonably clean and the staff were all friendly, just for 600 a night we expected a little more. "

"This hotel is really clean. I was treated to room service everyday. The spa was beautiful well kept and lots of relaxing seating. They had tea on the go whenever you want. The hotel location suited me because i was visiting my family, but the area is very isolated not much going on. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I did not have breakfast because i thought it should've been included!"

"Nice place with very comfortable bed. A bit noisy location, main problem is that heating system start to vibrate, several times during nigh that woke me and colleagues up. Very good breakfast, disadvantage is that you have to go outside the hotel to access it. Starts 6.30 though which is perfect for business. Hotel had not regognised the payment from hotels.com so they tried to get paid once more. No problems, they found the payment after a reminder and we got a good receipt for bookkeeping....
