"Lovely hotel in the centre of Taunton - staff were really helpful and polite when we checked in. The room was clean, comfortable bed and clean bathroom with all the amenities - great water pressure in the shower! Also the room was very quiet for a Friday night so not a lot of outside noise can be heard. Breakfast was really good lots of choices, fresh food and cooked to order items.

"the mole offers exceptional value for the price with a small scale spa resort like vibe. however we were more than disappointed with the food which could have come out of a kitchen at Wetherspoons. A great shame as otherwise its a real gem."

"We were asked to book a breakfast time slot on arrival, so we selected 8:30–9:00. However, when we went down that morning, all the doors were locked and there was no staff present. "The staff were amazing. They had so many details like bringing milk to the room every day. The food was awesome. They made a great breakfast including eggs Benedict and a wonderful supper that gave you 3 different options for meat. The decor is amazing in both the bedroom and the rest of the decor. We felt very cared for. We loved the hotel!!!!"
