"The customer service at this hotel was terrible! To simplify to a couple words "They didn't give a s***". 1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. "Absolutely loved this apartment. Would stay there again. The apartment is spacious and extremely well appointed. From the balcony, you overlook the beautiful Faakersee, which is only a few minutes walk on a path right outside the front door. The town of Villach is only a 10 minute drive. Great restaurants and activities. Our host Stephan was very friendly and available. He gave us some wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area.
