"The hotel itself could use a refresh in that it’s a little tired, but the staff were great and the room was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with our first room (a bad smell) and they changed and upgraded the room without question. They were also happy to store our bicycles while we were there. "

"The view of the lake from our room was amazing. We were on the 5th floor. The hotel staff was friendly (Marco at check-in was great), and the room was extremely clean! Lovely amenities with a hand written note from manager. Short walk into town, breakfast was pleasant on terrace, private parking available for 19CHF/night. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the near future!"
