"The hotel is very nice. Clean and quiet and friendly. I had a fault with the room air conditioner. The manager had it fixed within 20 mins. The hotel was out of the centre of Campinas so you need a reason to be here. But Ubers are easy and cheap so I guess that’s not such a big deal. The hotel is right next to a massive shopping centre but that’s still a 30min walk. I took an uber even to that. The breakfast and other food is pretty good. I would recommend and i will definitely be staying...

"Fantástico, próximo a excelentes restaurantes, comércio e hospital. Gastronomia do Origens ( dentro do hotel)que serve pratos diversos, músicas à noite . Café da manhã com suco feito na hora com centrifuga. Pães , bolos e pratos quentes diversos. Quer saber mais, visita e depois me fala. "

"Estadia ótima, quarto limpo e bem espaçoso. Funcionários bem atenciosos e simpáticos. O pedido pelo QR code do serviço de quarto não funcionou. No banheiro, na área da pia, não havia sabonete. Na academia alguns equipamentos bem antigos e sem funcionar. Mas no geral a estadia foi positiva. "

"O hotel é ótimo, mas infelizmente o ar condicionado não funciona quando cheguei já tinha água no chão. Voltei do rodeio tentei ligar novamente e nada, mesmo desligando ficou fazendo barulho a noite inteira. Não reclamei na recepção devido ao horário, estava cansado e não iria conseguir atender ninguém para ver isso. Na parede já dá para ver umidade. "
