"We were expecting a bottle of champagne when we arrived. That never happened. The cleaning staff didn’t always replenish our towels or coffee had to ask the front desk 3 of 7 days.
Likes the hydration station, it was very handy.
Front desk staff always greeted us as we arrived or leaving for the day. That’s was also nice."

"Absolutely fabulous hotel that has the most welcoming staff and renovated spaces. Felt like I was in a spa environment all the time. Hotel so centrally located in old port. Cannot speak highly enough about the friendly staff! So very helpful with suggestions and places to go and see and eat. Highly highly recommend this hotel!!"

"Nous avions pris une suite junior les draps du canapé lit était sale, poils … nous avons demandé à changer de chambre ce qui a été directement pris en compte et je souhaite le souligner et dans la 2 chambre le matelas du canapé lit était tout jaune plein de traces pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Nous avons pas demander à rechanger de chambre pour ne pas passé pour des clients chiants.
Mais impossible de dormir sur le canapé lit on ressent tout les ressorts du coup on est retrouver à 3 dans un lit...

"The location was perfect for our short, 2-day stay before boarding a cruise. It was walking distance to the Vieux Port and other attractions. We even walked there from the train station with all our luggage after taking the shuttle bus from the airport. Likewise, we walked from the hotel to the cruise port shuttle on the day we left!
The hotel was clean and quiet. Fresh water was readily accessible in the breakfast area. The beds were comfortable and blackout curtains blocked out all the light....

"This hotel is close to all public transportations and easy to get to Vieux Port in Marseille. Clean and good sized room for europe standard .
We came very early in am and they held our luggage for us and was able to let us in an hour or 2 before our check in time .
Staff is helpful and courteous .
I would recommend this hotel ."

"Personnel agréable .
Chambre avec une terrasse qui s'avère être commune avec d'autres chambres et sans séparation pour l'intimité et impossible de laisser la porte fenêtre ouverte du coup ou de profiter de cette option payante.
Extérieur très beau.
Au bord d'une route passante et fenêtre mal isolante."
