"장백산 못지 않 게 좋았던 호텔입니다. 체크인할때 직원분이 너무 친절하게 해줬고 설명도 잘해줬습니다. 배정받은 방도 너무 좋았어요. 바깥공원도 좋아보였는데, 출입구 찾기가 어려웠어요. 조식은 그런데로 괜찮았어요. 그 외 식당은 기대보단 별로였습니다. 전체적으로 괜찮았던 호텔입니다. "

"酒店位於果松滑雪服務中心側，十分方便。
職員Seven對工作熱誠、主動，值得一讚！
可是酒店提供的自助早餐比較差，食物種類太少，很多食物都不熱又不凍，如豆漿、中式包點、炒米粉等，很難接受。
晚餐只希望客人吃自助餐，但食物都是冷冷的，吃剩了又不會添加的。廚房不願意煮，只勸你吃自助餐，後來要酒店職員幫忙，煮房才願意煮⋯"
