"Had a good stay at the Sandalwood. Hotel a little tired in places but staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially the restaurant staff. Shame we were not advised on the need to have swim caps to use the pool!"

"The room facility seems be a bit old, there is mold around the bathtub, the carpet is old, the hinges on the outlet drawer and fridge door were fallen off time to time, one of window screen was not working etc. But the stuff are very helpful and they always responded my requests and helped to fix the problem as quick as they can. The hotel is quite safe, the stuff is nice and it is at a convenient location too. The overall of the stay is good to me. Thanks!"

"On our final leg before returning home to New Zealand after time away in Europe and Asia. The service had at this hotel was the best we received throughout our entire trip across both continents. In particular Raymond and Melody - they went over and above what we would consider to be normal service and were exceptional. The hotel was clean and well appointed.
