"This is a beautiful property . Very spacious rooms . Very comfortable beds quite clean . The mini bar had complementary drinks but didn't know it till the next evening when we asked as we dint want to be charged any extra . Spa wasn't too bad realy they even had an area outside the spa to chill in the sun. The *1630* had amazing food loved it . The breakfast was a delight with so much variety. I realy can't fault it except for the unclear sign of where the actual reception was . Parking was...

"The Prince Rupert is centrally located on Butchers Row - lovely shops and pubs close by as well as the Cop and the English Bridge and the Dingle. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially front desk staff and our wonderful server at breakfast. She didn’t miss a beat and we enjoyed her. We requested an upgrade and our Queen Charlotte room was beautiful.
Strongly suggest mini fridges in the rooms."

"Great location for the international arena, hotel was well maintained and clean although the room was a bit cold and the hot water in the bath/shower was scalding or freezing and the hand basin didn’t get hot. Staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was great, I would recommend."

"Great hotel in a nice area. Car park is a little tight and first come first serve but the ncp car park is literally opposite this hotel. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had, we also had dinner in the restaurant which was amazing. My only complaint was the people above our studio room where thundering around which was noisy but I’m not 100% sure if that belonged to the hotel as we had to exit the hotel and go round the corner to get to our room (studio 45)"
