Il nous a aidé avec l’impression des billets d’embarquement de notre avion. Le service de navette est efficace. La chambre était propre mais les oreillers un peu durs. Beaucoup de choix au déjeuner et le café était excellent. Somme tout, un hôtel idéal pour ceux qui veulent être proche de l’aéroport de Malpensa-Milan mais trop loin de la ville de Milan."

"Great hotel, friendly staff, location is 15 minute’s walk front he city centre and station. The restaurant has a fantastic view but the food is average at best for the high prices. "

"The outside doesn't look like much when you pull up; the building could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. But once you step inside, there's a strong, pleasant, clean smell, and the lobby and reception area look modern and refreshed. The rooms are also nice and modern, comfortable, and very pretty, with comfy beds and pillows, and a nice bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Everything was great on that front. However, the 'smart' TVs were a disappointment. They aren't actually 'smart' and don't work with apps like Netflix or screen casting. Also, the room was on the warmer side, and we couldn't get the AC to cool it down, so we had to sleep with the window open. Another thing we didn't like was that the shuttle service costs extra. I'm used to free shuttles to and from the airport, which are really common back home, so having to pay for that was another disappointment. Overall, though, it's a beautiful hotel in a great location, just with some things that could be improved."
