"Amazing place! We’d 100% stay here again. The only improvement I’d suggest is changing the shower curtain, it was too short so water went all over the place on the floor of the washroom. Also, the window in the washroom wasn’t able to close. "

"There was some spray/pesticide that gave me a severe allergic reaction. Moved out the next morning. Had booked and payed for 6 nights. Urban Rest agreed to refund me 5 nights but did not! Charged me more than $100 extra for that one night. Why I do not know"

"Toilet seat was broken when we arrived and lady at apartment said it would be fixed that day. Also called someone about it a day later and was told it would be fixed. We left on the fifth day still no repair. Toilet was usless as every time you sat on it felt slippery and dangerous consequently was hardly used had to go elsewhere. Then I could not get my car out of the garage so had to ring someone who told us to push the garage door up and put a cone in front of the sensor so it didn’t come...

"Room was very clean, the facilities in the apartment were excellent. Everything superb nothing to complain about. Communication with the hotel was good too and they was very quick to respond ."
