"The hotel is very impressive. What looks like an old castle restored and converted with many of the old features remaining. Staff very helpful, pets allowing in the bar which was great. Car parking in the grounds and very easy to enter/exit. The hotel sits in a big beautiful square. Would happily recommend."

"Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Plasencia is abit of a dump but this hotel is a wonderful oasis. We stayed with our dogs. They had a big bed and bowls and nibbles welcoming them. We had a stunning suite. Loved our stay there"

"A really nice relaxing place with a personal check-in. The rooms are large and nicely furnished. There is a very useful communal kitchen shared between the 3 rooms to help yourself to cheese, fruit, bread, tea and coffee. There is a bar that serves food one minute away. Overall highly recommended"
