"Fantastic stay here for 3 nights. Great location in como, amazing breakfast with prosecco even included. Staff very helpful. Free room upgrade too which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend a stay at the Palace hotel. "

"Despite the hotel’s beautiful location, my stay was extremely disappointing. I was devastated to be given possibly the worst room in the hotel. A ‘superior double’ on level 2 (number 212). It faces the side street, so close to the pavement that I could hear every passer by throughout the night. "We had a standard double room, which was clean and modern. Had obviously been renovated relatively recently, all the fixings and fittings in excellent condition. The lights all linked to touchscreens located throughout the room. Powered shutters on the windows and AC which was effective. Complimentary water in the fridge, tea and instant coffee.
As a vegan, the options at the breakfast buffet were limited to fruit, cereal + soy milk, bread + jam, some hot mixed veg, and a couple of sweet cakes....
