"Ideal stay, all in all. Uses it as a convenient place to stay for an Amtrak excursion. The pool is amazing and all the staff were very nice. Would happily stay here again for another trip or a downtown Crowne Center experience. "

"The carpet in our room was digusting. Worn and stained, I wouldnt even take my shoes off. When the sheets were pulled back to go to bed there were water bottle caps from previous stay still on the floor. The lamp between the beds was covered in dust. Otherwise the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean so I do appreciate that. But carpet definitely needs replacement. We have stayed 3 times now and the hotel and casino are great, this was the worst room with stained carpet we have...

"not many there. Huge rooms and bathrooms. Lots of construction during my visit. Casino is all smoking and no ventilation.No room service."
