The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile and great local tips. The location is excellent. It's a few steps away from the tram and just a few minutes’ walk from the U-Bahn, which made getting around Berlin quick and easy. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend...
