"Overall the house was excellent. Plenty of room and lots of things to do at the house. House was huge with plenty of room! The only negative thing and it’s very minor is/ was the hidden fees. They don’t show up till you are purchasing. Expect a cleaning fee and if you don’t want to travel out to Scottsdale to get the key then expect another fee. These should be disclosed in description. "Thing I would change that is structural. Needs a door on master bath. Husband goes to run early in morning, then returns to shower. Closing off bath would eliminate noise and moisture in bedroom. Transom window needs covering."
