"Das Hotel hat eine traumhafte Aussicht, eine tolle Lage und eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders der Ausblick hat den Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. 🌅✨"

"Room needed a lot of maintenance, Shower didn’t drain and floorboards were lifting, creating yellow water all over the room. Temperature of the shower was either boiling or freezing. Beds were tiny and very hard and uncomfortable. Pool area was nice and bar staff were lovely. Food wasn’t great. Parking was good outside hotel, and taxi’s were easy to get to and from hotel. A disappointing stay."

"The Avala location was perfect! Beach, stunning pool and right next to old city. The hotel facilities were great and rooms had amazing views of the sea and old city. The Staff were exceptional! The Conceirge took care of car service, restaurant reservations and wonderful beach recommendations, he was terrific and made the stay perfect. The beach waiter service and spa staff were also very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend the Avala and would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel has an excellent location, and the staff is extremely professional and friendly. The housekeeping service is truly five-star, and the modern interior adds a lovely touch. Breakfasts were delicious. A special shout-out to Bato—his outstanding service and warm, friendly attitude made our stay truly memorable.
Just a note about parking: the hotel doesn’t have its own, but there is public parking right next door."

"The only downside to the stay was that the spa and sauna weren’t available due to off-season, but the hotel was great otherwise. Super spacious and homey with only a 10 minute walk to old town!"

"Amazing hotel , staff amazing , quality of rooms was excellent .
There is major construction outside and it’s very noisy .
I contacted Expedia and explained this should be on the website.
This is not the hotels fault and they where very simpathetic
But there was nothing they could do . The building started at 7 am even on weekends.
I would for sure stay again but the building work would need to be completed.👍 "
