"It was hot. No water provided in room. The fan given initially did not do its job. Then got one. Tight and leaking shower / bath tap. No usb port. Dated room.The only solsce, staff was polite"

"My stay at the Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island was a major disappointment.
The service was non-existent; we waited 30 minutes just to check in due to being severely understaffed. Our room had no air conditioning, and after calling four times and waiting two and a half hours for a requested fan, it finally arrived.
To make matters worse, our room window was at eye-level with a public footpath and car park. Because the room was so hot, we were forced to keep the window open, which completely...

"Arrival was really efficient and the reception team super accommodating and friendly. The carpark is large, and plenty of spaces. Must out registration of vehicle into tablet on reception desk to avoid a penalty fine. Bar and lounge area really well kept, and menu for drinks and food is great - including some deals. Bedroom was a fantastic size with two double beds. Clean and well appointed with a smart TV also. Breakfast on check-out morning was enough to fill us for the day until tea! We will...

"Just arrived home after a fabulous stay! What a truly glorious place to relax and unwind. The spa was lovely, the food was excellent, and every member of staff made our visit so special.
A special thank you to David, Rob (Night Manager), Danny, and Andrew’s, who all went above and beyond to make my friend and me feel so welcome throughout our stay. Your kindness and hospitality really made all the difference.
We’re especially grateful for letting us stay up until 4:45am to watch the England...

"The room was clean & the breakfast was very good.
But we were in the annexe which is a long walk from the reception.
When I asked where the room was, the person at reception just waved vaguely to the right & said ‘it’s down there’.
My husband & I are mobile & fine with walking, but we were hauling our suitcases a long way, so be warned of that.
There is extra parking there, but we weren’t made aware of that.
The main problem was that the room was very hot & stuffy.

"Es war eine stilistisch eine wunderschöne alte klassische Unterkunft. Die Inneneinrichtung ist rustikal aber schön gehalten und passt zum Gesamtbild.
Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und sauber.
Das Grundstück ist riesig, worauf man noch einen kleinen Abendspaziergang machen kann.
Das Frühstück war gut und es gibt genügend Auswahlmöglichkeiten.
