"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We were placed in multiple rooms, all of which were dirty and unsafe — visible mold, blood/body fluid stains on bedding, strong foul odors, broken fixtures, and unsecured doors. The conditions made it difficult to breathe. This is not a 4-star property. The sanitation, safety, and customer service were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We we a family of 6 adults. It was great that Quality transfers shuttle service was in the lobby to coordinate excursions.Jose and Erick we amazing! Would suggest that entertainment be in English and Spanish as we never really knew what was happening.Food selection was great with alot of variety. The Sakura restaurant was both entertaining and delicious. Would definitely recommend Gran evenia bejia resort. "
