"This was a four bedroom townhome, fully furnished, with all linens and a full kitchen with ample supplies. It was clean and bright, and simply but pleasantly furnished. I reached out immediately after noticing the issue and asked to be switched to the correct unit, but my request was ignored. The condition of the place is absolutely unacceptable.
