"It is a great place if you are into mountain biking. We were there to see area, walks to local attractions. Unit is big with 2 bedrooms. Queen bed needs replacing …you roll into middle. Nice to have restaurant on premise as this is quite remote."

"We really enjoyed our stay and found ourselves wishing we were staying more than one night. Laurette was so nice, and the room was really cozy with an amazing view of the river. There were also some nice walking paths a few hundred meters from the hotel. "

"A fantastic place to stay. Real Colonial Tasmania. 1835. Beautifully maintained, very comfortable, step back in time, great location, & delicious continental breakfast. Loved staying there. Highly recommend. True taste of Tasmania’s past. Would definitely stay there again. "
