"This place is incredible for families. There are so many activities for kids from early morning starting at 9 am until dinner time. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet had an array of choices of great food for kids and adults. I also had a chance to go to the Spa to do massages, facial and to the gym. The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. I arrived back at the room at 22.30 at night to find the bathroom roof collapsed and workmen in the room.
