"Callum was absolutely fantastic in making up for the deficiencies of the bar staff, who were slow, and nonchalant. He went the extra mile and restored my faith in good customer service.
Pool, gym and facilities are great, as was the room and plenty of parking."

"Stayed here over the bank holiday as a family of 4. The hotel itself is nice and the outside space is green and relaxing.
However, we were given a very hot top-floor room during 28°C weather, with no air conditioning and windows that barely opened. The fan provided did not help and none of us could sleep. This room really should not have been given to a family in such hot weather in the first place.
At 2am we had to ask for another room, which meant moving tired children in the middle of the...

"Staff were excellent but there was dust in our room and the bathroom was not very clean. A dirty towel had been left outside the door and the hedge adjacent to our room was overgrown and restricted access. Dinner I'm afraid was not good, I ordered a fillet steak and asked for new potatoes as I was on a low fat diet. When it arrived I had new potatoes, tomatoes and mushrooms covered in oil and two burnt onion ring! But my husband said his dessert was delicious. Breakfast was help yourself...

"This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. And I have stayed in 100s.
Staff could went above and beyond, the place is stunning, the rooms are spectacular and the breakfast was excellent. I wish I could stay every weekend."

"Rooms in need of refurbishment bathrooms had mould on ceiling and grout, and toilet stained. Big quiet room and bed and pillows quiet firm. Staff friendly and attentive. Food average. Bar very dated."
