"Disappointing stay — Misleading amenities and poor execution
I recently stayed at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort and left highly disappointed. For a property under the Hyatt Destination brand charging premium prices, the basic resort experience is lacking.

"It is not new or modern, but we didn't expect that and, in fact, were looking for antique charm, which this is! Centrally located in Manitou Springs historic distric, so walking around all the shops and restaurants was super easy. We used the valet, so parking wasn't even a consideration or issue--again, super easy and worth the money. Lovely stay for an overnight or quick weekend getaway!"
