This hotel took 12 days of pre-reserve money from me and wasn’t even open for business. We tried for two days prior to my arriving to call them to check on things like Internet accessibility and no one answered the phone. Red flag. When I got there, gates were locked, it was run down, closed up, stray cats in the yard, what looked like squatters in the building, unkempt, bare dirt...
