"Welcoming friendly staff. Room was very clean and tidy with everything we needed, even a sewing kit, shoe cleaning wipes, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and tea/coffee! Excellent hot water supply and comfortable beds. Breakfast was a dream! Struggled bit with tv channels in English! But no real issue! Breakfast? Well … Massive choice of cold meats, salads, pastries, cereal, yoghurts, hot food and plenty of cake! Enough to keep you going through the day! Great central location for exploring Kielce and short walk to train station and central areas. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend."

"Excellent facilities. The from desk and the spa staff is very good and knowledgeable . The restaurant food is good but the waiters are not properly attired and do not speak English which is surprising in Poland , especially in a 4 star facilities "
