"Absolutely fabulous place to stay’ perfect 10 on everything couldn’t have asked for better "

"Staff were welcoming, friendly and polite. Triple room was spacious and clean. Some necessary refurbishments under way to upgrade. Water pressure was low but we were upgraded to twin double deluxe room. Nothing too much trouble. Good quality breakfast and sports bar dinner. Spa area clean and plenty of seating. Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and large pool."

"Very comfortable room & bed. Superb meals in the elegant Carrier drawing room. Slight downside in that we were kept waiting to sign in. Disappointing that mostly the flowers on display were artificial, despite having a cut-flower garden outside."
