"We arrived to an apartment smelling very heavily of cigarette smoke with lots of air freshener sprayed to try and reduce the smell! It was horrible ... my son who has asmtha was unable to breath due to the heavy stench. We could not stay there at all and even though we asked for a refund the proprietor has so far refused so we are escalating the matter. The apartment does not in practice look at all like the pictures ... it was in a block that looked like student dorms... fake description of...
