"the first room they gave us was upstair and very hard to get to as there was no lift. when we asked to change room the room was dark. We booked for 3 people and they only gave 2 towels 2 pool towels which. no where to dry you swimwear. we had to keep asking for pool towels. we had Nguyen Van Sang. He is the best always there to help us. When we complained about our room he spoke to managed to get us a better room with lift and view with balcony which was great and that is when we enjoyed our...
