"Yes welcoming for dogs. Had a poolside suite. Only things i would say are the pillows are very hard and the bed linen could be softer. I say this because is expensive to stay. Also had to pay for a cappuccino at breakfast and i think when you pay this money you shouldnt need too"

"Staff gave a lovely warm welcome. Ollie and Will ran the bar with excellent customer service skills. Room was nice and spacious with plenty of toiletries etc and nice fluffy towels. Spa was disappointing, only has a steam room and a sauna, had expected more rooms after such a major refuribshment/investment. £20 for use of one outdoor hydro pool is a bit epxensive. "
