"Ein tolles Hotel, das Zimmer und die Ausstattung der absolute Wahnsinn. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr hochwertig. Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte freundlicher und offener sein. Hier hat man eher das Gefühl, der Gast ist ein notwendiges Übel und die Mitarbeiter dort wirken nicht, als hätten sie nur annähernd Spaß an ihrem Job. (Obwohl man ihnen respektvoll und freundlich begegnet ist). Das Gefühl hatte ich schon vorab am Telefon. Eine Reinigungskraft und eine Kraft...

"Very friendly service, bike share for free, great location less than 10 min walk to train station. Great Ramen restaurant and Korean food nearby. Loved it! Bed was less than 5 stars but room was very clean and comfortable, a little bare bones in terms of extras like a bathrobe, shampoo, an iron was in the hallway for community use. But a great value and great stay overall. Would definitely stay again!"
