"Very dated. Rooms small food poor"

"Staff were friendly, room was nice and clean and it was great to have a Starbucks on site. I probably would have booked somewhere else if I knew there was an event on (Boogie Bingo) as it was loud and the people were rowdy. There was chew, which included police being needed. It didn’t give me much hope seeing a bouncer on the hotel reception. Wasn’t too bad as we went out and didn’t get back until late but I suspect if I intended to go to bed early and rest it would have been a nightmare"

"A lovely premium room with a giant bed and views of the peace gardens. Clean, cosy and well equipped. Only two slight downsides - pillows were small and lumpy so not a comfortable sleep, and the windows didnt open; there is aircon but I like a bit of fresh air."

"Some renovations going on and the pool area needs some TLC, but otherwise a really lovely hotel"

"Overall good stay, however noisy from other guests until after midnight. Breakfast limited choice from buffet and items not replaced (hence charged £48 for 2 breakfast but only got 1 coffee, 1 mini muffin and limited fruit)"

"Aldi over the road. Went for a concert, hotel was about a 7 min drive from co-op live. Hotel was lovely, breakfast lovely. "

"Pretty hotel. We had a wonderful stay in room 121. The suite had a beautiful 4 poster and the bathroom a huge roll top bath. We visited the spa and had an excellent breakfast. Lovely stay. Will return. "

"The room was clean and tidy and staff were friendly … we had a twin room which I shared with my daughter. She got into her bed before me but when I went to get into bed …there was no bottom sheet … just a mattress topper. I called reception and they did sent up 2 sheets … for me to make it up myself🤔 Apart from that .. stay was as expected."
