"The facility is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is very good for visiting Clairvaux. The staff seemed friendly and tried to provide a good service. The restaurant food was good and the wait staff, although trying and working hard seemed a little confused - I think there were some internal misunderstandings about the hotel procedures among the staff. "Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat ik jammer vind is dat na 4 dagen er niemand op maandag aanwezig is bij de receptie en je de kamerpas maar in een doos moet gooien, helaas niet erg persoonlijk. "

"A hidden jewel. My wife and I stayed there with another couple after a few days driving through France and Belgium. We were looking for a quiet place to recharge and stayed in individual two bedroom units with a balcony overlooking the river. The staff was friendly and accomodating to our needs, in particular the manager Olivier Bedon. Definitely plan to stay there again."

"The location of the hotel was very unique. We arrived late in the afternoon so we just had enough time for dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The next day was spent at the spa, which we both enjoyed."

"It appears that it would be a great hotel for someone taking a nature vacation in the area. I chose it as a more budget friendly alternative to a hotel in Luxembourg. It was a bit further than expected (though not a problem if you are traveling by car). The hotel has beautiful nature surroundings. Another benefit is free parking. The biggest downside were the beds and very simplified design. "

"The room we had was dark and dingy. The weather was hot and there was no air conditioning. We asked for a fan and a very unfriendly man at the front desk barked at us that NO there was not one. Very disappointing stay will NOT be going back and NOT recommending this hotel to anyone, actually the opposite. "

"Het eten in het restaurant was uitstekend.Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.Burg-Reuland is een mooie streek om te wandelen. Badkamer is klein om je te kleden. Negatief was dat je in de kamers langs het zwembad gewoon geen internet hebt.In het hoofd gebouw heb je wel internet."

"Ady and Muriel run a beautiful bed and breakfast in the heart of the Luxembourg countryside. It's a cosy, tastefully appointed place, recently opened, and was a wonderful weekend break away close to hiking and cycling trails. The breakfasts were excellent and I'd highly recommend reserving the dinner in advance. Overall a very relaxing stay and a breath of fresh air - we look forward to returning soon."
