"The room was clean. The hostess was accessible. The only way to use the tv was if you had a pre existing account with a provider such as Prime etc. We do not use these apps and couldn’t use the tv. The hostess, Janet, came over within 4 minutes of us calling her and gave us access to her account. We didn’t go on vacation strictly for tv, however we did use it during the rain.
