"The hotel is very beautiful, but I didn’t fully understand the concept. There’s no room service, during the stay they do not clean the room, and for dinner, there’s only a mediocre buffet or an Indian restaurant that’s always full. In the end, guests order takeaway pizza and are allowed to eat it in the luxurious lounges. Quite a curious contrast. "We enjoyed our stay very very much. Very nice hotel, exceptional friendly service, very good food, nice and clean rooms, well equipped gym and well maintained spa area. Good parking directly at the hotel. Good location to start hiking into a beautiful mountain area. We will go there again, for sure."
