Despite asking reception to change our rooms or have the music lowered they were not able to accommodate us. I reserved 2 rooms for my 84 yrs old father and me and my sister. The hotel did not informed us that there will be a party during our stay. Had they done that I would have cancelled the reservation. Further more when my dad was checking in the receptionist...
