"The staff are incredible - restaurant, Housekeeping, maintenance, front desk! We liked the layout of the room but the resort itself needs renovated. It looks outdated. We did a poolside dinner for 2. It wasn’t private as advertised since anyone could walk by us to use the restroom or sit on the pool deck. The food was good and drinks were top notch. Mosquitos are vicious, and with the breeze you can occasionally smell decaying seaweed.

"First night we got here called the operator asked for a do not disturb sign to be placed on the door it never got done.
The AC turns off in the middle of the night leaving you to sweat under the covers
Got to a buffet dinner at 940 after asking the closing time which I was told was 10 pm only to find all the staff packing up their personal plates to eat later. House keeping don’t clear dirty dishes from the hall way often enough
Beaches and pools are beautiful
Paid for a late check out only...

"Had to change rooms which took 2 days to arrange as the first room I would rate as 1* with very outdated amenities and bathroom not fit for use.
Changed room was slightly better, but wouldn’t return to this resort."

"Staff very welcoming especially Melissa at reception and the security/Porter staff. Ocean view room was clean, lovely view. Dinner and breakfast was quite tasty. Unfortunately, experience was hampered by the large number of cats that literally took over the dining area! It made for quite an uncomfortable experience and for someone who is allergic to cats - it was not a pleasant experience.
