"A really wonderful place to stay. Our family of four booked a traditional Japanese room and thought it was perfect - plenty of space, a comfortable couch, a bathroom well appointed and arranged. We loved the onsen and chance to book a smaller private onsen as well. The lounge upstairs with deck area was great to relax afterwards. We were sorry to leave!"

"Great hotel in a very convenient location and friendly staff. My only complaint and it's not just with this hotel is that the cost of breakfast is too expensive which is disappointing as it's much easier to eat where you stay than trying to find somewhere else each morning."
